Original (Feb. 15, 2023): An addition to the PS Plus games catalog coming in February 2023 has been leaked by the notorious billbil-kun, who has a great track record at revealing the roster of upcoming titles included in Sony’s subscription service early. According to the poster, one of 2022’s big blockbuster releases on PS4 and PS5 is going to join the line-up in the coming days: Horizon Forbidden West.

Leaked PS Plus games in February 2023:

  • Horizon Forbidden West (PS4/PS5)
  • Scarlet Nexus (PS4/PS5)
  • Resident Evil 7: Biohazard (PS4/PS5)
  • Borderlands 3 (PS4/PS5)

The labels on billbil-kun’s image might at first glance indicate that Horizon Forbidden West will be part of the PS Plus Premium subscription tier, but that is not necessarily the case. Compare this latest post to the one for the monthly PS Plus games for February 2023. That image also has the Premium, Extra, and Essential labels in these positions, so they probably don’t indicate any particular game’s availability.

We’ll have to wait and see in which tiers the named games will end up. In any case, getting Horizon Forbidden West only a year after its release should be a big win for many PlayStation owners.

According to the leak, Sony will update the PS Plus catalog with these games – and some more titles – on February 21, 2023.
