Released on February 17, 2022, Total War: Warhammer 3 is the third entry into the Total War: Warhammer trilogy developed by Creative Assembly and published by Sega.

Taking the traditional Total War formula, which for a long time focused on historical titles, this series is based in Games Workshop's grimdark fantasy setting and took the hearts of old and new fans by storm.

Introducing many new factions like the Daemons of Chaos, Kislev, and Cathay – a never-before-seen faction Creative Assembly collaborated with Games Workshop on – the game fulfilled another long-held vision: Its groundbreaking and ambitious Immortal Empires mode combined the content of all three Total War: Warhammer titles into one massive experience, which spans an entire globe.

The game has since received two expansions, Champions of Chaos and Forge of the Chaos Dwarfs, and is expected to be supported for years to come. Three additional DLC packs have already been confirmed.
