Armored Core 6: Fires of Rubicon’s missions are all varied, some being straightforward combat challenges, while others lean in on exploring levels efficiently – and Retrieve Combat Logs is the latter. As the mission name implies, this stage will have you seeking out Combat Logs – different to the in-game Battle Logs – and you’ll need to grab a minimum number in order to clear the stage. Your reward is also based on the number of Combat Logs you acquire.

In this guide we’re breaking down the location of each necessary Combat Log, as well as where you can find a few of this stage’s optional challenges.

Combat Log location 1 – AC6

The first Combat Log is located directly beneath the wall you start the mission on – just look down.

Combat Log location 2 – AC6

The next combat log is just down the side of the building the first is on, but it’s guarded by two tougher MTs.

Combat Log location 3 – AC6

Follow the road out of the compound you start in and hug the right wall of the stage as you move around the crater in the center of the area. You’ll find another combat log being guarded by MTs up ahead.

Combat Log location 4 – AC6

The next combat log is located on a wreckage to the left of the previous combat log. You will likely get ambushed by hostile MTs while investigating it.

Combat Log location 5 – AC6

Jump down into the crater and you’ll find another combat log on a wrecked unit down here. You just might get ambushed by a unique AC at this point, Little Ziyi, which will give you a combat log that will contribute to your Battle Log completion.

The sixth and final mission-sensitive combat log is also located down in the crater, on the opposite side to the first. The mission will conclude once the timer elapses. Defeat all the foes and collect all the combat logs, and you should get 60k+ Bonus Pay for the mission.
