Baldur's Gate 3: how to recruit Wyll
Wyll is a solid companion to build a team around. He’s light on his feet and has a strong sword arm that can easily cut down the hordes in your path if supported properly. So it’s a good job that you can get him to join your team fairly early on in Baldur’s Gate 3, where you can build up quite a large merry band of adventurers.

How to recruit Wyll – Baldur’s Gate 3

You’ll first encounter Wyll as you head out of the starting crash site and into the forest. You’ll stumble upon a band of adventurers who are being cashed by Goblins and are at the gates of some kind of safe haven. Wyll heroically jumps into the fight as the Goblins arrive and you’ll have to take them all down.
Afterward, you’ll gain access to Emerald Grove, head inside, and straight to the training area, which is in a straight line from the entrance. You’ll find Wyll training the young swordsmen and you can talk to him. There he’ll tell you of a quest to hunt down a hellspawn, at which point you can ask him to join your party/camp.
