Why is my Hogwarts Legacy character blue?

When you boot up the game for the first time, it will throw a lot of accessibility options your way, and it may not be clear what all of these do. If you’ve ended up with blue characters, that means you’ve accidentally turned on “High-Contrast Gameplay” in the settings. This option is intended for those with visual impairments, as it makes important things like characters and objects stand out much more than usual compared to the background.

Fixing it is nice and simple, all you need to do is head into the settings and go to the accessibility menu. Right at the bottom will be the “High-Contrast Gameplay” option and you just need to turn it off. Once you exit the menu, the game will look normal and you can carry on playing.
