Blizzard Entertainment has announced another opportunity for anyone interested to try out Diablo 4 before the game releases on June 6, 2023. The Diablo 4 Server Slam will focus on getting the servers prepared for launch in a massive stress test from May 12 to 14, 2023.

The Diablo 4 Server Slam will begin on Friday at 12pm PT / 3pm ET / 8pm BST / 9pm CEST and run until Sunday at the same time. It will be available on PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PS4, and PS5. Couch co-op for consoles, as well as cross-play and cross-progression for all platforms will be enabled.

It’s not just going to be a rehash of the build already shown during the pre-order and open beta either: Blizzard has already incorporated feedback from these two tests into the game and will make a new build available for the Server Slam. You can try out all five classes and once again play up to level 20 in the Prologue and Act I. Your progress will be wiped after the test ends, so no need to hold back or consider what happens at launch.

The loot drop rate during Server Slam will be representative of the release version, which is a big difference compared to the earlier tests, which featured a boosted drop rate for high-quality gear.

In addition to the other beta exclusive cosmetics, which will once again be unlockable for those who haven’t done so during the other two tests, players can earn themselves a mount cosmetic by taking part in the defeat of world boss Ashava after reaching level 20.

Diablo 4 Ashava mount trophy.

This exclusive Ashava mount trophy cosmetic can be claimed during the Server Slam.

Ashava spawns every three hours starting on Saturday, May 13, at 9am PT / 12pm ET / 5pm BST / 6pm CEST. Her last appearance will happen on Sunday at that time.
