KFC in the UK has timed one of its train station billboard ads to coincide with the launch of God of War: Ragnarok, and the Twitter manager certainly seems pleased with themselves.

KFC is, of course, the world-famous restaurant chain that is known for its fried chicken. Delivery services boomed over the course of the global pandemic, and KFC now proudly advertises its delivery options. Which is what makes this ad so smart.

It could potentially work with any media you enjoy at home, but a billboard in a UK train station showcasing God of War: Ragnarok has been placed to the left of a KFC billboard. The KFC billboard has an arrow that cheekily points over to God of War, and states “and that’s why there’s KFC delivery.”

It’s certainly an appetizing proposition for many gamers. God of War: Ragnarok can last players aiming for completion more than 50 hours, according to our how long to beat Ragnarok guide. For more guides, visit our God of War: Ragnarok walkthrough.

Instead of spending time cooking, why not much down on some takeout while you learn how to do battle as Kratos this week? Of course, the same applies to our Sonic Frontiers fans, too. You know who you are.

This isn’t the first time we’ve seen KFC attempt to win over the gaming audience, and the company previously announced the “KFC Console,” which was supposed to keep your food warm whilst you played games. More than two years after announcement, the KFC Console has still never been seen in person, although the Cooler Master landing page is still available.

No matter what game you’re playing this week and into the weekend, make sure to stay satiated and hydrated.
