“Purge the Unclean” is one of the core tenets of the Imperium of Mankind in Warhammer 40,000, but PowerWash Simulator’s interpretation of the doctrine must be the most unique so far – quite literal, though. The Warhammer 40,000 Special Pack for PowerWash Simulator will be released on February 27, 2024, and allow players to slip into the robes of a Tech Priest of Mars, who will be tasked with – what else? – cleaning up various vehicles of the imperial war machine.

Using a blessed MKII Aqua-Santica Arquebus power washer, you’ll need to ritually cleanse an array of vehicles that have returned from combat – and any Warhammer 40,000 fan will have a field day with this list:

  • The Ultramarines Land Raider
  • The Dark Angels Deathwing Redemptor Dreadnought
  • The Astra Militarum Rogal Dorn Tank
  • The House Hawkshroud Imperial Knight
  • The Blood Angels Thunderhawk

Purifying these mighty machines that have wrought the holy wrath of the God Emperor on filthy xenos and heretics is a most important and honorable mission.

Since an appropriate soundtrack isn’t mentioned in the DLC’s official description, I’d recommend you put on the soundtrack of Warhammer 40,000: Mechanicus – Relics of War, which contains fitting music for such a task. Naturally, you’ll also have to spend at least one hour to appease the machine spirit living within your MKII Aqua-Santica Arquebus power washer before you start your cleansing operations, otherwise the Omnissiah may not look on you kindly.

PowerWash Simulator is available for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch. Previous Special Packs have been priced at $7.99 USD.
