    How to solve Nursery Rhyme puzzles – AW2

    Nursery Rhymes can be found throughout Saga’s portions of Alan Wake 2. Each has a page in the center, surrounded by five symbols. Each rhyme is solved by placing at least two dolls on the symbols hinted at by the rhyme on the page.

    Each has a different solution, but if you’re really stuck, you just might be missing some of the dolls. Dolls are always placed near a Nursery Rhyme, but if you missed a doll earlier in the game, you might struggle to solve later Nursery Rhymes

    All Cauldron Lake Nursery Rhyme solutions – AW2

    There are four Nursery Rhymes for you to find in Cauldron Lake, as indicated by the document you’ll find near one of them.

    Streamside Nursery Rhyme solution

    For the first Nursery Rhyme, just place the Crow Doll on the Sun.

    Witchfinders Station Nursery Rhyme solution

    Check inside Witchfinders Station for more dolls. Place the Hero Doll on the boat, and the Wolf Doll on the Tree. Go back upstairs after to find your reward.

    Rental Cabins Nursery Rhyme solution

    Once back in Cauldron Lake with the Boltcutters you can enter the Rental Cabins. This Nursery Rhyme is solved by placing the Hero Doll on the Ring, the Crow Doll on the Eye, and the Monster Doll on the Hatchling.

    All Bright Falls Nursery Rhyme solutions – AW2

    There are four Nursery Rhymes to find in Bright Falls, according to the document from the Ranger Station.

    Mother Daughter Nursery Rhyme solution

    Found on the forest path towards the Wellness Center, this Nursery Rhyme is solved by placing the Mother Doll on the House, and the Child Doll on the Tree.

    Ranger Station Nursery Rhyme solution

    For this one simply slam the Monster Doll on the Candy, and the Child Doll on the House.

    Beach Child Nursery Rhyme

    On the lakeshore in Bright Falls you can find yet another Nursery Rhyme. Place the Monster Doll on the Waves, the Child Doll on the Ring, and the Mother Doll on the Boat.

    Billie’s Boat Rental Nursery Rhyme

    Nice and easy this one, just place the Mother Doll on the Waves, and the Monster Doll on the Boat.

    All Watery Nursery Rhyme solutions – AW2

    We've only found one Nursery Rhyme in Watery so far, but we know there are more to dig out.

    Watery Lighthouse Nursery Rhyme solution

    You’ll find some of the dolls needed for this puzzle nearby. Place the Trickster Doll on the Waves, and the Wise Elder Doll on the Eye to solve this one.

    Gentle Beast Nursery Rhyme solution

    This rhyme speaks of a gentle beast with a beautiful crown – you might think it’s a Deer, like I did, but no, it’s actually talking about the Moose. Place the Moose Doll on the Tree to complete this one.

    Trailer Park Dock Nursery Rhyme solution

    To solve this one place the Wise Elder Doll on the Waves, and then the Bear Doll on the Candy.

    Coffee World Dock Devil Nursery Rhyme solution

    Once the flooding has receded you can head to the dock in the corner of Coffee World. Place the Moose Doll on the Waves, the Deer Doll on the Boat, and the Trickster Doll on the Ring to solve this one.

    Maiden Doll Nursery Rhyme solution

    You’ll get the Maiden Doll, and find this rhyme, in a hut in Watery that you need the screwdriver to unlock. Once inside find the doll and place the Maiden Doll on the House, and the Trickstar Doll on the Ring.

    Little Deers Radio Tower Nursery Rhyme solution

    For this one just plop the Deer Doll onto the House. Easy!

    Trailer Park Nursery Rhyme solution

    Back at the Trailer Park with the Boltcutters you can make it inside the nearby trailer to find a Nursery Rhyme in the bedroom. Solve it by placing the Deer Doll on the Heart, and the Wise Elder Doll on the Eye – watch for enemies behind you!

    Witchfinder’s Station Final Nursery Rhyme solution – AW2

    Once you have completed all of the Nursery Rhymes you will come across the Father Doll, and will be warned not to take it to Witchfinder’s Station in Cauldron Lake. Well, guess where we intend to take it.

    Once at Witchfinder’s Station you’ll hear a Nursery Rhyme over the radio playing on repeat, while the symbols are spread out across the whole cabin. Place the dolls in the following locations.

    • Eye – Father Doll
    • Waves – Trickster Doll
    • Heart – Mother Doll
    • Hatchling – Child Doll
    • Sun – Hero Doll

    This will complete the final Nursery Rhyme in Alan Wake 2, rewarding you with another Charm bracelet slot.
