Season 1 Reloaded for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 is starting soon on all platforms, bringing a significant wave of brand-new content to MW3 and Warzone. Players can expect an additional multiplayer map, more game modes, the introduction of ranked play, brand-new weapons, and a lot more.
This update will bring a new time-limited mode with it as well which features content from none other than popular show The Boys. You’ll be able to obtain exclusive in-game rewards by taking part in this twist on the regular Kill Confirmed mode.

Activision has announced that COD MW3 Season 1 Reloaded will start on January 17, 2024, at 9am PT on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S. Here’s what that means for your time zone:

COD MW3 Season 1 Reloaded: content
A new 6v6 multiplayer map called Rio will become available with the Season 1 Reloaded update. This medium-sized map challenges you to fight inside and around an upscale shopping mall in the streets of the Brazilian metropolis. Commanding the high ground of the mall itself will be a crucial factor, as it provides a great vantage point to control the surrounding streets and shops.
Three fresh multiplayer modes are coming in the form Team Gunfight (a larger version of the mode you know and love), Headquarters (secure a rotating objective and defend it as long as possible), and Infected (one player starts out as the infected and needs to kill or transform all others).
Inspired by The Boys, the Supe Siege mode is a spin on Kill Confirmed in which fallen users drop Temp V that provides random power boosts, such as heat vision. Completing associated objectives will unlock a special weapon blueprint.
A big one for competitive players, of course, is the introduction of a ranked mode. Available for those who’ve reached Level 55, Ranked Play follows the official CDL ruleset and has all items conforming to these rules unlocked for everyone.
Warzone will receive a new multi-part quest and other objectives for the Urzikstan map. A planned way to exfil from the map won't make it into the update after fan backlash against the change.
In terms of new weapons, Season 1 Reloaded has the HRM-9 SMG, a light and stable gun for close-quarters combat, and the TAQ Evolvere LMG, a versatile multi-caliber weapon, in store.
