How long to beat Master Detective Archives: Rain Code?
If you stick strictly to the main story it will probably take you around 20 hours to beat, which will go up to about 30 hours if you also complete all of the side quests. If you plan to 100% it, which includes all of the Memory Shards and Gumshoe Gab as well this will take around 40 hours.
How many chapters in Master Detective Archives: Rain Code?
There are eight chapters in Rain Code, and each numbered chapter has its own individual case to solve. The Prologue and Epilogue are much shorter than the numbered chapters, but Chapter 0 is a full chapter.

Does Master Detective Archives: Rain Code have a post-game?
After you finish Rain Code for the first time it unlocks the full chapter select. It will also tell you in which chapters you can find all of the Memory Shards. The post-game is mostly for collecting the Memory Shards and going through the Gumshoe Gab to see the extra scenes. This can be done in the Main Menu and you don’t need to collect them in one playthrough. You will also be able to clean up any side quests you missed.
