Sony is hosting a new PlayStation Showcase, which is scheduled to be an hour-long and cover a tidal wave of fresh information about video games coming to PS5 and PS VR2.

The show will bring “a wealth of new games and IP” which are headed to the company's current platforms, according to a blog post announcing the stream. Sony also says that there will be titles from several internal PlayStation studios, as well as a bunch of games from third-party developers and indies.

We can probably expect a firm release date for Spider-Man 2, which is rumored to be launching sometime in September, and it’s likely we’ll see more details for the upcoming The Last of Us multiplayer game. Other than that, pretty much everything else is on the table, and with an hour on the clock, there’s bound to be something for everyone.

One thing that won’t be there for sure is Hollow Knight Silksong, which was recently announced to be delayed. The indie game – a follow-up to the widely celebrated Hollow Knight – was initially pegged to be coming in the first half of 2023, but has been moved to “when it’s done”.
