A Mystic Hero is the newest event available in Pokémon Go and has some temporary bonuses in store that revolve around evolution. However, the main content of this event comes in the form of a Special Research story starring Blanche, the leader of Team Mystic. You can earn an exclusive version of Lapras by completing these tasks, though due to a little oversight by Niantic you might have encountered a broken version of this Special Research. The assets for this new costumed Lapras weren’t implemented into the game in time, leading to crashes for lots of players.
