Tekken 8 fatal errors and PC crashing issues
Right now it seems like Tekken 8 has a fair few online gameplay bugs that are standing in the way of fans enjoying the game. If you’re on PC, make sure your drivers for your GPU and CPU are fully up to date. If you’re on console, you will have to wait for a proper patch to play Tekken 8 online without issues. As of January 26, 2024, these crashing issues have apparently been fixed.

Is Tekken 8 on Xbox Game Pass?
Tekken 8 is not currently available on Xbox Game Pass for console or PC.
Is Tekken 8 on PlayStation Plus?
Tekken 8 is not currently available on any of the PS+ tiers.
Does Tekken 8 work on Steam Deck?
Tekken 8 can work on Steam Deck, but even at the lowest settings with Performance FSR, there’s a decent risk of stutters and dropping below 60fps. As a result, we don’t recommend playing Tekken 8 on Steam Deck unless it’s exclusively for grinding offline challenges.
Does Tekken 8 have crossplay?
Yes, there is full crossplay across PlayStation, Xbox, and PC.
Does Tekken 8 have rollback netcode?
It does, though right now players are reporting that it is unstable and unpredictable.
How many chapters in Tekken 8?
Tekken 8’s Story Mode has 15 chapters.
How long is Tekken 8’s story mode?
The 15 chapters in Tekken 8’s story mode should take you about two hours to clear through, assuming you don’t struggle too much with any of the fights.
What is Special Style in Tekken 8?
In singleplayer modes you can activate Special Style, which was also present in Tekken 7. Special Style allows you to turn your buttons into instant activations of certain attacks and techniques.
How to turn Special Style off and on in Tekken 8
You can turn Special Style off and on by pressing L1/LB on a controller.
How to block in Tekken 8
In Tekken 8 your character will automatically block High and Mid attacks if you’re not moving, or you can hold Back. To block Low attacks, you will need to hold Down and Back to crouch block. While crouching you can avoid High attacks and block Lows, but Mids will always hit you.
How to view Tekken 8 combos
While in Practice mode pause the game and look at Sample Combos. If you see a combo you like the look of, you can pin it to the top of the screen while you practice. Mastering these combos will give you a good idea of how to play the character more flexibly.
