Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2 potential crossovers leaked including God of War and Persona

A new round of leaks suggest multiple franchises that could be entering Fortnite over the next season

As time goes on it seems inevitable that just about every media franchise will one-day crossover with Fortnite, and Chapter 5 Season 2 could be a big milestone in that goal. As the end of the week and start of the new season draws ever closer, several reliable Fortnite leakers have mentioned several various crossovers that could happen.

These leaks are not as certain as usual, as they come from an anonymous source as opposed to data-mines like most other leaks, so take things with a grain of salt, but the following games/series are rumored to have Fortnite collaborations in the works:

  • God of War
  • Persona 3
  • One Piece
  • Xena
  • Final Fantasy 7
  • Hercules
  • Aquaman: The Lost Kingdom
  • Halo Wars

Of these, God of War, Persona 3, and One Piece are the most likely to be happening within the next season.

This won’t be the first time God of War has crossed over with Fortnite, as Kratos was added as a skin in 2020. With God of War Ragnarok having released since then, we could get new variations on Kratos, or perhaps other characters like Atreus or Freya. It’s in keeping with Chapter 5 Season 2’s theme of Greek mythology as well, as that is the subject of the original three God of War games.

With Persona 3 Reloaded recently releasing, now would be the perfect time for a Fortnite crossover event, although it’s unclear how heavily it will tie into the series, especially with an Avatar the Last Airbender mid-season event already leaked.

As always, some of these rumored crossovers probably won’t happen, be it because discussions fall through, or the team at Epic don’t feel it’s the right fit for Fortnite at the moment. Still, if a series you love is on that list, it’s exciting to see if it will come to pass.
