A new content update for Warhammer 40,000: Darktide is available now, expanding the variety of missions and enemies players can engage with. Rejects Unite has two new missions in store which brave souls can tackle, Archivum Sycorax – Throneside and Ascension Riser 31 – Transit. Chaos Spawn is the new enemy type players will have to deal with.

Adjustments have been made to the game’s inventory screen, which now has a locked/unlocked view for cosmetics, allowing players to get a better overview of what they already have and what they’re still missing.

In addition to new earnable cosmetics, Fatshark has added an earnable cosmetics store as well, where players can use their in-game currency to unlock whatever outfits they may desire. The Premium Store with exclusive cosmetics has re-opened as well.

Finally, crossplay for Darktide is slowly being rolled out.

Rejects Unite is accompanied by Patch #10 for Darktide, which launched last year after much anticipation, but failed to hit the mark in technical aspects. Players also had issues with the progression system, which left a bad impression on them. While the gameplay itself was widely regarded as very well-crafted and fun, these issues really held the game back, forcing Fatshark to throw its initial live-service strategy out of the window.

Fatshark announced that Darktide’s predecessor, Vermintide 2, will get another free DLC in June 2023 during the same occasion.
