Both the Origin Forme and Altered Forme of the creature are available in the mobile game, though they exist only as separate entities – a Forme Change mechanic was introduced long after their debuts and hasn’t been extended to them yet.
A Raid Hour featuring Giratina (Origin Forme) will take place on February 23, 2024, from 6 to 7pm local time and will have the Shiny version of the monster enabled.
