All Chaos Dwarfs units and lords in Total War: Warhammer 3
Creative Assembly has finally confirmed a release date for the highly-anticipated Chaos Dwarfs DLC for Total War: Warhammer 3, Forge of the Chaos Dwarfs. This update will bring three new factions into the strategy game, each led by a different legendary lord representative of separate parts of Chaos Dwarf society.
The Chaos Dwarfs should be a pretty exciting faction on the battlefield, combining heavy Dwarf infantry, swarms of Greenskin slaves and cavalry, mutated bull centaurs, and ingenious as well as cruel war machines powered by the souls of daemons. Unlike their Dwarf ancestors, they are capable of wielding divine magic they draw from their cruel god, Hashut.
Here are all confirmed units, heroes, and lords for the Chaos Dwarfs in Total War: Warhammer 3.
Chaos Dwarfs lords – Total War: Warhammer 3
Astragoth Ironhand, High Priest of Hashut
Drazhoath the Ashen, Sorcerer Prophet of Hashut
Zhatan the Black, Commander of the Tower of Zharr
It looks like there are two types of generic lords we can expect to recruit in our Chaos Dwarf campaigns: Sorcerer Prophets of Hashut and Overseers. Sorcerer Prophets will be available in four different variants: Lore of Hashut, Lore of Death, Lore of Fire, and Lore of Metal.
Chaos Dwarfs heroes – Total War: Warhammer 3
Gorduz Backstabber (Legendary Hero)
Sporting a shield and an ax, Gorduz Backstabber is a melee combat specialist fighting on foot or from the back of his giant wolf. He’s especially great when he’s embedded in armies with lots of Hobgoblin units, as he can grant them powerful buffs and stat bonuses.
Abilities:
- Shoot ‘Em: Refreshes a unit’s ammunition.
- Sneaky: Enables Vanguard deployment for Hobgoblin units.
- Get Tha Gitz: Summons a Hobgoblin unit.
From what we saw in the trailer, we might get Daemonsmiths (Lore of Hashut, Lore of Death, Lore of Fire, and Lore of Metal variants), Infernal Castellans, and Bull Centaur Taur’ruks as hero characters.
