Original (January 5, 2024): True Christmas always comes a little after the official celebrations for fans of EA Sports FC – you know what we’re talking about: Team of the Year, better known as TOTY, is coming to EA FC 24 Ultimate Team very soon.
Revolving around the best soccer players from the previous year, TOTY is widely regarded as one of the strongest and most popular promotions in the Ultimate Team mode, bringing cards into the game that benefit from massive upgrades.
It's January, which means one thing for EA FC players: It's TOTY time!

Unlike most other promos in the game, over which EA Sports has full control, TOTY allows the community to have a say as well thanks to a public vote. Users will be able to choose their favorites from a list of nominees provided by the developer. While EA has the final say on the TOTY roster, this vote is always good for some heated debates between soccer fans and those who vote purely from the perspective of the game’s meta.

EA FC 24 TOTY: start date
Voting for the EA FC 24 Team of the Year has begun and will remain open until January 14, 2024. The full EA FC 24 TOTY will be revealed on January 19, 2024, and become available in the game on the same day. This upcoming edition of TOTY will feature squads for men and women, a first in the promo’s history.
It looks like the traditional form of release in several waves won't happen this time around.
EA FC 24 TOTY: how to vote
Voting happens on the official EA Sports FC 24 TOTY website, though there are two different subpages this time around. All you need to do is navigate to the site via the links below (which go live once the polls open), log in with your EA Sports FC account, and then create your personal Team of the Year by filling out all positions of the squad from the available nominees.
