Helldivers 2 Bile Spewer: Locations and how to defeat them
Finding Helldivers 2 Bile Spewers seems like a pretty straightforward task, though a few multiplayer quirks might make it harder than you think. The giant, filth-barfing bugs show up in several places, though if your fellow Helldivers are a bit too eager, you might come up short when all is said and done.

Helldivers 2 Bile Spewer locations
Any of the yellow-shaded systems should have Bile Spewers.

Bile Spewers are a Terminid Helldivers 2 enemy type, and that means you can only find them on Terminid-controlled planets. Those are the ones on the right side of the Galactic War map, shaded in yellow.
As far as we can tell, Bile Spewers have a chance of showing up on any Terminid planet. That said, I never ran into any during the missions that task you with killing a set number of Terminids before extracting, though whether that was a bug (ha) or intentional, I can't say.
Bile Spewers are large, oval-ish shaped Terminids that, as you can guess, spew bile at you. They're tough as well. One hit from bile is enough to kill a Helldiver with basic armor.
In theory, Bile Spewers start showing up on medium-difficulty missions, the same as Scout Striders on Automaton-controlled planets. Medium difficulty unlocks after you finish one mission on Trivial and one on Easy, and it doesn't matter which part of the galaxy you complete those requirements in.
However, some players - me included - ran into an issue where they stopped encountering Bile Spewers on medium missions. They began showing up again on Challenging-level missions, and the current theory on Reddit is that too many people hunted them on Medium-level.
Whether that's true or even possible is up in the air, but either way, you should still be able to find them on Challenging or higher. Try teaming up with friends or other players, as these missions live up to their difficulty designation.
Helldivers 2 Bile Spewers: How to kill them
Bile Spewers have a large, armored carapace, and their only weak point is from behind.

Bile Spewers are heavily armored foes, which means you won't have much, or any, luck taking them on from the front. Their rears are vulnerable, though. You can try luring it to a position where you or an ally attack it from behind or just lob a well-placed grenade and let it do the job. Bile Spewers are also vulnerable to Orbital and Eagle strikes.
Whether killing them counts toward your personal order is another matter, at least as of the time of publication. I exceeded the amount for the order, and the count remained at zero.
