Pokémon Scarlet & Violet: The Teal Mask preload

Preloading a game or new content before the actual release date is always a great option to have, since this allows you to get right into the adventure without a long download – that's especially useful when you’re looking at an early morning or midnight launch.

Nintendo has not announced whether Pokémon Scarlet & Violet: The Teal Mask will be available for preloading. While the eShop is technically able to handle that, as the preload for the latest DLC of Xenoblade Chronicles 2 has shown, it’s a rarity for Nintendo to offer this feature.

We’ll let you know once anything in this regard changes, but until then you shouldn’t get your hopes up.
