Honkai: Star Rail – Sparkle and Misha revealed for update 2.0
Update 2.0, which is scheduled to be released in early 2024, will introduce Sparkle and Misha to Honkai: Star Rail. This completes the line-up of additions you can expect to see from the patch alongside the already revealed Black Swan.
Sparkle is another 5-Star character and follows the Path of The Harmony, making her a support unit. She deals Quantum Damage, which is actually going to make Quantum the first type in the game to get characters following all available Paths – congratulations! If you’re planning on going to town with full Quantum teams in the future, make sure to grab Silver Wolf while she’s still on the Honkai: Star Rail 1.5 banners, as she’s a crucial enabler for such a team composition.
Sparkle's design is very Japanese-inspired. Leakers originally knew her under the name Hanabi.

Sparkle is voiced by Lizzie Freeman, who plays Yanfei in Genshin Impact and has a whole long list of anime roles under her belt as well. Here’s the official description for Sparkle:
"I'm not exactly a person loaded with cool skills, and dreaming big isn't really my thing. But, ya know, my latest thing is... getting myself into the Genius Society! Ha, I'm so ready to give it a go. Reckon anyone will buy it?" A member of the Masked Fools. Inscrutable and unscrupulous. A dangerous master of theatrics engrossed in playing roles. A woman of countless masks and many faces. Wealth, status, power... None of this matters to Sparkle. The only thing that can lure her interest is "amusement."
Misha is a new 4-Star character coming with the update. He deals Ice Damage and follows the Path of The Destruction. Voiced by Cat Protano, who’s had roles in games like Genshin Impact and Warframe before, this character looks deceptively like Genshin Impact’s Furina at the first glance.
Misha seems to be a bellboy. Will the Trailblazer and March 7th's hotel trauma continue in 2.0?

Here’s the official description for Misha:
"I'm going to work really hard, so I can save up and explore the stars just like grown-ups do!" A lovable and thoughtful bellboy of The Reverie Hotel. He wishes to become an intergalactic adventurer like his grandfather. He is extremely hardworking and is skilled at fixing a variety of machines. He also had a fondness for sharing interstellar rumors with guests. He hopes he can grow up faster and looks forward to embarking on his own star-treading journey.
