FIFA 23 FUT Birthday: start date and Token Swaps
Things are moving quickly in FIFA 23 at the moment: While the brand-new FUT Ballers promo is starting on March 17, 2023, the traditional birthday celebration of FIFA Ultimate Team (FUT), FUT Birthday, is coming up as well.
We’ve already heard some rumors about how this year’s edition of FUT’s anniversary will look like.
FIFA Ultimate Team will celebrate its 14th birthday in 2023, being first launched on March 19, 2009. With the upcoming FUT Ballers promo being confirmed to run from March 17 to at least March 24, FUT Birthday is going to be a bit late to the party – or is it?
Here’s everything we know about FIFA 23 FUT Birthday.
FIFA 23 FUT Birthday: start date
FUT Ballers is going to run until March 24, 2023, and it's now confirmed that FUT Birthday will begin right after that promo ends, which is Friday, March 24, 2023, at 11am PT / 2pm ET / 6pm GMT / 7pm CET.
However, an important part of FUT Birthday has already started on March 20, 2023: FUT Birthday Token Swaps.
FIFA 23 FUT Birthday: Token Swaps
Token Swaps are an innovation EA Sports introduced in FUT with FIFA 22 and have since then conquered the hearts and minds of FIFA players worldwide. The idea is easy: You earn tokens through the completion of specific objectives in the game, which you can then swap for rewards like FUT packs and strong player cards.
EA has used this system in several promos with great success and players love it, so it's no surprise to see it return for FUT's birthday party.
You will be able to earn 30 Swap Tokens for FUT Birthday in FIFA 23. Here are all the rewards you can earn by swapping in your tokens:
