If you want to expand your army and abilities in Minecraft Legends then there are two things you’re going to need a lot of: prismarine and gold. Prismarine is used in constructing every upgrade in the game, as well as the buildable spawn points you can place in the world. Gold is used in a few upgrades, but is also used in copying power towers and reviving the First.

Prismarine is most commonly got from destroying Piglin buildings. When you enter an outpost or a base, the towers, spawners, and nether converter buildings all drop a decent amount of prismarine when they’re destroyed. So if you just need a quick injection of prismarine for an upgrade, your best bet is to go around and destroy outposts.

However, if you need a lot for a bigger upgrade, then you should take down a base. When assaulting a base, you should be destroying buildings along the way anyway, but when you destroy a portal, all of the remaining buildings automatically crumble. You’ll then have a small window where you can pick up all the prismarine dropped on the ground with no resistance.

Finally, you can always try your luck in chests. There are Allay chests scattered around the world that have a chance to give you prismarine, and the same goes for the Piglin chests that are in bases. We have a guide on how to get Piglin keys if you need to open them.

How to get gold easily – Minecraft Legends

You don’t need as much gold in Minecraft Legends, but that also makes it harder to come by.

Like prismarine, you can get it by destroying buildings in Piglin bases and outposts, however, only one type of building drops gold. The small mining drills that pierce the floor will each drop ten gold when you destroy them, so they should your target if gold is your goal.
